MD Rio Vista Agri Ventures, Inc. is the latest addition to the growing list of banana projects under MDAHI that will help the Group capture a bigger share of the expanding global banana market. The 380-hectare banana plantation is located at Barangay Pangi, Maco which is about an hour's drive from Davao City.

Created in 1999, the people of the community have expressed their gratitude to the Marsman Drysdale Group for investing in their province. The local community leaders have revealed that the municipality's economy had been collapsing due to the closure of many local businesses. The presence of Marsman Drysdale Rio Vista has begun to uplift the economy of Maco, especially for the people of Barangay Pangi, as it generates employment and builds infrastructure projects
